Shipping Policy
Our Jesmonite Workshop products are handmade and crafted with care.
Workshops are available for in-person attendance only at our Toowoomba studio.
DIY Kits (coming soon) will be shipped Australia-wide via standard postal service.
Processing time: 3–5 business days for kits after order confirmation.
Local pickup is available for DIY Kits at our studio. Please select 'Local Pickup' at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
Return & Exchange Policy
All workshop bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your spot.
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
One reschedule is permitted per booking, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are not eligible for a refund.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
